DEAN GALIGANI has 16 years experience as a criminal defense
trial attorney. He has represented clients in both adult and juvenile courts.
Mr. Galigani has litigated numerous cases from misdemeanors to felony charges
including 1st degree murder, manslaughter, sexual battery, robbery, burglary,
battery, and DUI-related offenses, etc.
Mr. Galigani aggressively and passionately works to defend the rights of
people accused of crimes.

KEVIN D. ROBERTSON is a former drug and felony DUI prosecutor
who handled a variety of drug trafficking, sales and possession
cases as well as vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, serious
bodily injury and numerous misdemeanor DUI cases. He now represents
clients charged with misdemeanors, DUI, and serious felonies.
In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Robertson
prides himself on listening to clients, patiently answering questions,
being a skilled negotiator and creative problem solver.

LAYNE PREBOR has over 11 years experience as a trial
attorney in Alachua, Levy and Gilchrist counties as well as the surrounding
areas. His primary areas of practice are Civil and Criminal Litigation,
